SURF
We surf to have fun, we surf to connect with the ocean.
We learn how to navigate the waves, developing the skills needed to enjoy the surf and to be safe.
From paddling, to wave selection, reading the conditions and having the right technique to ride the waves.
We believe surfing is a fun and enjoyable activity for everyone.


YOGA
Yoga is unity, we practice yoga to align our energies.
We especially appreciate practicing yoga in the outdoors.
Being close to nature and coming closer to nature through yoga is an important aspect of our practice.
We connect with spirit, we set intention and we give thanks to our beings.
Connecting with Self and creating harmony in the world.


FOOD
Health and nourishment are such important aspects of living a fulfilling life, as what we are putting in our bodies and our attitude toward that is vital to our well-being.
The food we eat gives us energy but also serves as a source of joy and community.
We believe in a diet rich in fruit, veggies and legumes keeps our oxidative stress levels low and helps us stay young.
